PERSONAL TRAINING

Private, regular 1-1 sessions working on client's specific goals (e.g., weight loss, strength, anxiety relief) or ailments (e.g., PCOD, arthritis, hypertension).

CHAKRA MEDITATION

45- to 60-minute personalized energy body alignment activated by crystals, sound bath, & aromatherapy.

STOMACH FLUSH

1-week cleansing technique (kriya), to flush out toxins from digestive system, & relieve issues such as constipation & IBS. Aids weight loss and well-being.

YOGA NIDRA

30- to 45-minute conscious body relaxation and sub-conscious healing using personalized visualizations, mantras, & affirmations.

Meet the instructor

Svāhā Yoga is managed by Harshika, a certified Hatha yoga teacher, Yoga therapist and personal fitness coach. She is registered with the Govt. of India's Ministry of AYUSH, with 1,000+ hours of yoga experience.

Along with online and offline courses for the modern yogi, Harshika enjoys creating insightful content on yoga & Bhagavad-Gita philosophy.

Harshika's lessons are inclusive, focused on self-discovery and on empowering you both on, and off your yoga mat.

Join Svāhā Yoga's beginner-friendly, 60-minute small-group live sessions which incorporate asanas and pranayamas with appropriate variations for beginner and intermediate learners.

Here are the available slots:

#1] Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays | 7.30-8.30AM IST

#2] Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays | 4-5PM IST

#3] Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays | 6-7PM IST

Fees: INR 3,000/- OR USD 50/- (valid for 12 sessions, to be completed within 2 months)
